[email protected]Esteban,
with this kind of twisted logic you may be surprised,
but I have files of the size about 350MB that I
uploaded in the past and that I was able to download
in the past. I wasn't even aware about your previous
25MB limit since your main web page, as I pointed out,
advertised 25GB storage and unlimited
uploads/downloads up until I told you about it
yesterday. It's not that I don't have a local copy of
my files but you really disappointed me by having a
disrepancy in what you say and in what you do and by
taking it so lightly, without even caring to say "we
are sorry".
I know that AMD Live! is just one of the offsprings of
AMD but I think that your poor business practices
damage reputation of your parent company. I would not
give money to people/company like you/yours because
you have proved that you do not worth it.
I will spread the word about the thing that happened
to me. And next time I think of buying a new computer
I would consider first buying from a company like
Intel, if possible. They do not offer 25GB of storage
for *free* but at least they are proved to be robust
and consistent in the things that they choose to
offer.
Thanks for your time,
Valera
